Mid Level or Senior Designer
We're looking for a seasoned performer ready to hit the ground running in a very team-orientated studio. You'll need to complement but also challenge our design team with your confidence and experience
We want someone who is capable of being the creative lead on projects and who will constantly surprise us with strong, fresh ideas. A passion for design, an understanding of branding and the ability to work smoothly with a diverse, multidisciplinary team are important.
You will work with great clients including leading retail, fashion and hospitality brands, and some of Australia's largest organisations. And you'll do it in an incredible studio space full of talented people. We've got a pretty flexible approach to remuneration and are more than happy to reward great talent.

Account Manager
We're looking for a bright, energetic person to manage the well being of our client's brands and the souls and hearts of our creative team.
You'll do this by being curious, clever and committed.
You'll be naturally inquisitive and make an effort to learn what our clients do and what's important to their business.
You'll understand how brand communication works. So, you'll know what a brand pyramid is and that the right creative solution often includes more than just an ad or a brochure.
You'll be able to prepare a brief that inspires our creative team and then have the sense and good taste to recognise the right creative solution (see paragraph above).
You'll treat our clients' money as if it's your own which will make it easy for you to estimate (with the help of our production manager) and invoice accurately and regularly.
You'll value time – yours, the rest of the teams' and the clients' – so you'll prepare project schedules and ensure we stick to them (with the help of our studio manager).
You'll be nice, funny but firm because you'll need to engage and direct a bunch of sometimes whacky people including our print, web, and motion designers. And, of course, our clients! A little confidence would be good too.

Mid-Senior Web Developer
We're looking for an experienced developer to join our web team.
You're a strong communicator with skills in LAMP development, XHTML, CSS & Javascript. A firm understanding of OOP and Agile development principles and experience with e-commerce and content management solutions is vital.
You'll be working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment where creative thinking is a must. We're an integrated agency, with clients including leading retail, fashion and hospitality brands, and some of Australia's largest organisations. So a passion for design, an understanding of branding and the ability to work smoothly with a diverse team are all important too.
Background knowledge of Information Architecture and other development environments would be a bonus but is not essential. You must be passionate about problem solving, user centred design and usability, and comfortable taking an active role in every stage of a project.

Development on LAMP Platform (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
Standards compliant XHTML & CSS
Javascript/AJAX (with libraries like jQuery and from scratch)

We're looking for a junior to mid-weight web designer to join our team. Front-end HTML skills a bonus.

Motion/3D Designer
We're looking for an experienced motion designer with strong 3D skills to join our growing team.
You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where creative thinking is a must. So a passion for design, an understanding of branding and the ability to work smoothly with a diverse, multidisciplinary team are important too.
Core Skills:
Providing input on creative direction & storyboarding on projects for web, screen and projection.
Confident and skilled in the whole gamut of 3D Design for animation: Modeling, Texturing, Lighting and Animation, using Cinema 4D, 3DS Max, Maya or similar.
Composition and editing in After Effects, Final Cut suite.
Image manipulation, retouching and layout in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with Realflow.
Creating photorealistic renders.
Sound design & editing.
Lighting & setup for HD camera shoots.
